This policy exists to keep Hostquicker's infrastructure safe and reliable for every customer. Violating it may result in content removal, service suspension, or termination without refund, depending on severity.

Prohibited Content & Activity

• Illegal content of any kind under applicable Indian or international law.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Phishing pages or content designed to impersonate another individual, brand, or organization.
• Unsolicited bulk email ("spam") sent from or referencing services hosted with us.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or other network abuse originating from your account.
• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or exploitation of any individual or group.

Resource Usage

Shared hosting plans are intended for typical website workloads. Accounts consuming disproportionate CPU, memory, or bandwidth in a way that affects other customers may be asked to upgrade to a higher-resource plan.

Abuse Reporting

To report suspected abuse originating from a Hostquicker-hosted account, email abuse@hostquicker.com with full details, including headers for email-related complaints.

Enforcement

We investigate abuse reports promptly. Depending on severity, we may request corrective action, temporarily suspend the affected account, or terminate service. We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
