30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Host Quicker hosting plans (Starter, Business, Ultimate) include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact support@hostquicker.com within 30 days for a full refund of hosting fees.

Exclusions

• Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are non-refundable once processed, as these are paid directly to domain registries.
• Setup or migration fees for custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• The money-back guarantee applies to a customer's first hosting purchase only, not to renewals.
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@hostquicker.com or open a ticket via your client area with your order/invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations After 30 Days

You may cancel recurring services at any time from your client area. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
